Jardin rosè is an estate bottled blend of 59% Cabernet Franc, 40% Chambourcin and 1 % Vidal Blanc. This composition nicely reflects the newly discovered European grape varieties and hybrids now thriving in east coast soils and climate. Cabernet Franc provides lovely aromatics. Chambourcin brings red fruit and spice tones. Vidal Blanc imparts brightness. The sandy, gravel soils of the Outer Coastal Plain play a key role i the wine’s elegance and fresh acidity.
