Jardin white is an estate bottled blend of 90% Cayuga White and 10% Aromella. Cayuga White is one of the signature white grapes of the Mid-Atlantic Region. Cultivated by seasoned growers, it can produce a serious wine with lovely citrus and stone fruit flavors. Aromella is a newer variety developed on the East Coast which imparts an elegant floral freshness. The sandy, gravel soils of the Outer Coastal Plain play a key role in the wine’s balanced acidity and elegant texture. A small amount of neutral French oak is used for polish.
